Instant mix for preparing the classic basil pesto, made with Italian basil, PDO Pecorino Romano, and selected natural ingredients.
Just add hot water and extra virgin olive oil to obtain a creamy, aromatic sauce.
Perfect for pasta, risottos, fillings and gourmet dishes.
Preparation Instructions:
Cook the pasta and finish it in the sauce as described below.
Separately, mix 10 g of Basil Pesto MIX PDO with 40 g of hot water (70–80°C) and 25 g of extra virgin olive oil. Whisk until emulsified. This quantity is ideal for seasoning 100–125 g of pasta.
Add the sauce to the pasta off the heat and toss to coat evenly.
Finish with a sprinkle of grated PDO Pecorino Romano.
